How much does shipping cost for my order?
Delivery is free for orders of €39.00 or more, so you won’t pay any additional delivery charges once your order reaches this amount.
What is the delivery time for my online order?
The estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days for standard delivery and 2–3 business days for express delivery, starting from the moment the order leaves the warehouse. During periods of high order volume (sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), order processing may take slightly longer, despite our best efforts to meet the standard timeframes.
Bought something that turned out to be defective?
We are sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with one of our products.
In accordance with applicable regulations, if we determine that the product is defective, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid. If you return the defective product to one of our stores, you may choose to exchange it for another item from our range—subject to availability—instead of receiving a refund.
